About the role

The Manager Sales Lead will drive the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, while adapting to diverse sales cycles. This role also leads and mentors a team of sales professionals, offering guidance in complex sales situations.

Key responsibilities

• Take lead role in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet revenue targets while accommodating varied sales cycle demands.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support in complex sales situations.
• Maintain a well‑managed sales pipeline and continuously educate customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to foster long‑term business relationships.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to identify new business prospects and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure departmental alignment and mutual support.
• Innovate within the sales process by introducing process improvements and new technologies.
• Handle complex sales negotiations and participate in deal closings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role.
• Proven track record in sales and sales enablement.
• Proficiency in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
• Continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) are a plus.
