Manager Scaffolding & Formwork

About the role

We are looking for a Manager to lead our Scaffolding & Formwork division. The role oversees engineering, asset management, procurement, forecasting and yard operations to ensure safe and cost‑effective delivery of scaffolding solutions across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage CAPEX and procurement plans based on project demand, stock levels and operational priorities.
• Evaluate suppliers, coordinate procurement, production and delivery of scaffolding components.
• Manage scaffolding assets – allocation, transfers, utilization, refurbishment and disposal – while maintaining rolling forecasts.
• Lead scaffolding design, engineering reviews, calculations, methodologies and obtain technical approvals.
• Oversee central yard operations including receipt, storage, issuance, returns and redistribution of assets.
• Monitor inventory controls, utilization and performance through regular reporting.
• Handle project‑wise rental billing, utilization reporting and drive cost optimisation through asset refurbishment and competitive sourcing.

Required profile

• 10 + years of overall experience in construction or related fields.
• 5‑7 years of hands‑on experience in the scaffolding industry within the UAE market.
