Manager / Senior Manager – Financial Risk Management

About the role

We are seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to lead multiple Financial Risk Management projects, oversee market and liquidity risk initiatives, and deliver high‑quality solutions to senior client stakeholders in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple FRM projects, ensuring engagements are planned, delivered on time and within budget.
• Own and implement initiatives related to market and liquidity risks.
• Lead teams and senior client stakeholders, delivering high‑quality results and impactful solutions.
• Mentor, train and advise less‑experienced staff to develop their capabilities.
• Stay current on risk advisory services and financial industry developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Applied Mathematics or a related field.
• 10+ years of financial risk management or quantitative analysis experience in financial institutions or consulting firms.
• Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM or CFA are preferred.
• Strong quantitative analysis aptitude with advanced financial modelling experience.
• Experience with analytical and risk‑management tools and systems.
