Manager – Tax & Legal Global Employer Services (Emiratization)

About the role

Deloitte & Touche Middle East is seeking a Manager to join its Global Employer Services (GES) team within the Tax and Legal business line. The role focuses on Emiratization advisory and immigration compliance, helping multinational clients navigate UAE labor, immigration and payroll regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse Emiratization policies, immigration, labour, social security and payroll regulations in the UAE.
• Draft advisory notes, workforce strategies and compliance solutions for client organisations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with government authorities and client HR teams on national workforce initiatives.
• Support delivery of immigration compliance services, ensuring clients remain compliant across borders.
• Collaborate with internal GES experts to develop commercially sound solutions.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented professional with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough research and present findings clearly.
• Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in UAE labour and immigration matters.
• Experience in managing client relationships and delivering advisory services.
