Manager – Wynn Rewards

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Manager for its Wynn Rewards program. The role leads the loyalty desk, ensuring premium service and driving member engagement for the upcoming integrated resort.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Wynn Rewards desk, maintaining high guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase program enrollment, usage, and member retention.
• Collaborate with marketing, hotel, F&B, and gaming teams to create compelling offers and experiences.
• Analyze performance metrics and guest feedback to optimise benefits and engagement.
• Train, mentor and manage the Wynn Rewards team to deliver luxury‑level service.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and brand standards for loyalty programs.
• Act as primary liaison for guest inquiries, escalations, and VIP member relations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a gaming loyalty program, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages a plus.
• Ability to pass a gaming licensing background check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with guest engagement platforms.
