About the role
Our client is an investment and asset management platform with exposure across private equity, real estate, and operating businesses. The firm is strengthening governance and execution across its portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee portfolio performance and drive strategic initiatives across investments.
- Work closely with the investment committee on capital deployment, portfolio optimisation, and value‑creation plans.
- Manage relationships with portfolio company leadership and external partners.
- Support fundraising activities, investor relations, and exit strategies.
- Balance investment discipline with operational understanding to maximise value.
Required profile
- Senior leadership experience within investment management, private equity, or family‑office environments.
- Strong exposure to portfolio oversight and value‑creation initiatives.
- Experience operating in the UAE or GCC markets is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated commercial judgment, governance maturity, and stakeholder credibility.
- Strong financial acumen and board‑level communication skills.
