Managing Director – Real Estate Brokerage

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Managing Director to lead and expand our real‑estate brokerage business in Abu Dhabi. The role demands a commercially focused leader who can drive growth, build high‑performing teams and nurture strategic relationships with developers and high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall operations, strategy and growth of the brokerage across residential, commercial and luxury sectors.
• Develop and implement business plans to increase market share and revenue while ensuring profitability and operational excellence.
• Build, mentor and manage high‑performing sales and management teams.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, HNW and UHNW clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and investment opportunities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions and strategic business meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE real‑estate industry, with strong knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi markets.
• Previous senior leadership role such as CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, Sales Director or Head of Brokerage.
• Proven track record in luxury and high‑end real‑estate sales and business development.
• Extensive network of relationships with leading UAE developers, investors and HNW/UHNW clients.
• Strong commercial, strategic and operational management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or related field (preferred).
