Manufacturing Engineering Specialist – Switchgear Panels

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to lead the manufacturing of Switchgear Panels, optimizing processes, ensuring product quality, and driving operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare production documentation for new projects, prototypes, and assembly.
• Improve existing operations by introducing new methods and procedures.
• Identify ways to reduce production costs and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with technical and other departments to prepare cost estimates for new projects.
• Participate in procurement and design of handling and manufacturing equipment.
• Actively engage in lean projects with the Lean Supervisor to eliminate waste.
• Follow integrated management system procedures, lean manufacturing, 5S, and international trade compliance.
• Contribute to standards development and continuous improvement initiatives while respecting environmental protection principles.

Required profile

• University degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience in electrical engineering or related manufacturing fields.
• Fluent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of CAD/CAM systems.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, especially Lean Manufacturing.
