Marine Engine Sales Executive

About the role

Al Futtaim Group is seeking a driven Sales Executive to expand its Marine division in Abu Dhabi. You will promote marine engines, outboard motors, propulsion systems and related products to boat builders, fleet operators and commercial customers across the Gulf Cooperation Council region.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales and marketing targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute business plans aligned with annual growth objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals that meet customer requirements.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts, boat builders and marine industry stakeholders.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational needs and uncover additional opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Share market intelligence and product expertise with the team.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities and emerging marine technologies.

Required profile

• Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling marine engines, outboard motors or propulsion systems.
• At least 2 years of sales experience within the Gulf Cooperation Council region.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of marine engines, outboard motors and propulsion systems.
• Technical understanding of boats and marine applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
