Market Access Manager

About the role

The Market Access Manager will lead the development and execution of strategies that ensure our innovative therapies reach patients across the United Arab Emirates. This role bridges commercial, clinical, and payer stakeholders to create sustainable market access pathways before and after product launch.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement market access strategies based on data analysis and macro‑environment insights.
• Build and maintain relationships with payers, healthcare professionals, patient groups, and key opinion leaders.
• Lead formulary inclusion processes and negotiate pricing and reimbursement agreements.
• Prepare product value dossiers and train internal teams on their use.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives to align access plans with overall product strategy.
• Conduct and communicate HEOR studies to support local market decisions.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards in all interactions.

Required profile

• Medical, pharmaceutical sciences, or medicine degree; advanced degree in economics or public health is a plus.
• Minimum seven years of pharmaceutical experience, including at least three years in market access within GCC markets.
• Proven track record of successful payer negotiations and formulary inclusions.
• Strong business acumen, commitment to deadlines, and recognized teamwork abilities.
• Fluent English with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
