Market Excellence Associate Manager

About the role

Join the House of AMOUAGE and help shape exceptional wholesale experiences for a leading luxury fragrance brand. The Market Excellence Associate Manager will drive wholesale excellence, trade‑marketing execution, product launches and brand consistency across a global distributor network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of the Market Excellence strategy with key distributors and wholesale partners.
• Develop and manage toolkits for T2 launches, including pre‑ and post‑mortem evaluations.
• Define and implement wholesale strategies for all product launches.
• Oversee trade‑marketing validations and 360° activations for key distributors.
• Support and execute loyalty programme initiatives and innovative events.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in trade marketing, sales or luxury brand marketing.
• Experience working with distributors and wholesale networks in the luxury fragrance, beauty or fashion sector.
• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong coordination and project‑execution abilities.
• Knowledge of trade‑marketing best practices and retail activations.
