Market Excellence Direct Retail Project Manager

About the role

AMOUAGE is seeking a Market Excellence Direct Retail Project Manager to lead retail‑excellence initiatives across its global boutique network. You will work closely with Retail, Market Excellence, Education, Brand Experience, Sales and Marketing teams to translate strategy into consistent, high‑impact boutique experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain evergreen guidelines covering customer experience, merchandising, service rituals and boutique execution.
• Lead the global Loyalty initiative, from framework design to implementation and boutique training.
• Create and update retail tools and selling‑ceremony guidelines in partnership with the Education team.
• Translate retail strategies and launch priorities into actionable boutique implementation plans, monitor execution and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support boutique events, retail‑tainment activations and ensure on‑site execution aligns with brand identity.
• Conduct regular store visits, monitor performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Act as a Market Excellence partner, delivering training, guidelines and tools to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in business, marketing, retail management, luxury management or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in retail, luxury or beauty sectors, with proven expertise in directly operated retail and retail operations.
• Strong project‑management skills, capable of handling multiple launches and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear, practical guidelines and maintain high standards of execution.
