Market Making Trader-Developer (Digital Assets)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Market Making Trader‑Developer to join a regulated fintech partner operating in the digital‑asset space. The role blends live trading with full‑stack development, allowing you to design, build, test, deploy and monitor market‑making algorithms across multiple assets and venues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain market‑making algorithms for utility tokens, stablecoins, real‑world assets, prediction markets and absolute‑return strategies.
• Trade live, manage inventory, monitor P&L and execute manual hedging under stressful market conditions.
• Design, code, test and deploy production‑grade trading systems that run 24/7.
• Ensure security of keys, credentials and API permissions in a digital‑asset environment.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, explaining technical and trading concepts clearly.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience in market making or algorithmic trading, including live book ownership.
• Ability to independently design, implement and operate trading algorithms.
• Experience with digital‑asset markets (crypto, CEX/DEX, prediction markets) and traditional finance.
• Solid understanding of probability, statistics, pricing, hedging, risk metrics and performance attribution.
• Willingness to work shift or night rotations as needed.

Required skills

• Rust (preferred), C++ and Python programming.
• SQL and Linux command‑line proficiency.
• Python data/quant libraries such as pandas, NumPy and SciPy.
