Marketing Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Account Executive to support the Marketing Account Manager with day‑to‑day coordination of accounts and delivery of our Marketing Services. The role involves coordinating internal teams, managing timelines, communicating organiser feedback and ensuring deliverables progress across UAE events.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Account Manager with daily account and service activities.
• Coordinate internal teams to brief and progress digital campaigns, creative packages, landing pages and CRM activities.
• Prepare clear briefs, timelines and supporting materials for relevant teams.
• Monitor progress of deliverables and follow up to meet deadlines.
• Communicate organiser feedback and updates, ensuring changes are actioned.
• Maintain trackers, timelines and action lists for ongoing accounts.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in events, marketing, client servicing, media sales or related fields.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a high‑volume environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude with initiative.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage internal follow‑ups.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic or Russian is an advantage.
