Marketing & Admissions Officer

About the role

The Marketing & Admissions Officer will drive both marketing initiatives and the admissions process for Fortes Education’s upcoming premium school in Jumeirah Village Triangle, Dubai. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and school leadership, the role ensures a steady pipeline of enquiries and converts them into enrolled students.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and manage all external queries from prospective families through ATL, BTL, digital, and offline channels.
• Promote the school via campus tours, open days, events, social media, surveys, and partnerships with third‑party service providers and feeder schools.
• Conduct presentations for prospective parents and students, providing sales packs and information to convert enquiries into admissions.
• Organise and participate in events such as coffee mornings, focus groups, seminars, and popular Dubai community events.
• Establish contracts and MOUs with relocation companies, corporate entities, and affiliate partners to secure referral leads.
• Develop and manage a robust referral programme to encourage word‑of‑mouth marketing.
• Lead the admissions office, overseeing registration processes, school tours, information packs, and coordination with primary and secondary heads.
• Liaise with arriving and departing families, ensuring compliance with Fortes Education standards, procedures, and policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in school marketing, lead generation, and admissions management.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with parents, students, and corporate partners.
• Ability to organise events and manage relationships with third‑party organisations.
• Familiarity with both online and offline marketing channels.
