Marketing Analyst

About the role

The Marketing Analyst will drive data‑focused insights to improve lead generation, campaign performance, and overall marketing ROI for a construction firm. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to translate raw data into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Track and analyze performance of all marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor and events.
• Measure key metrics such as lead volume, cost per lead, lead quality, conversion rates and produce comprehensive performance reports.
• Monitor budget utilization, ROI and identify high‑performing versus under‑performing channels.
• Analyze lead flow, segment leads by demographics, behavior and source, and pinpoint drop‑off points in the conversion funnel.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
• Maintain marketing dashboards, ensure data accuracy across CRM and analytics tools, and generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Analyze website traffic, social media engagement, email performance and paid advertising results using Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Provide data‑backed strategic recommendations, budget allocation advice and support A/B testing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years (36 months) of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
