Marketing and Public Relations Specialist – Italian Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing and Public Relations Specialist who is fluent in Italian to join our team in Dubai. You will work closely with distributors and channel partners to boost brand visibility and support sales initiatives across the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage channel marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with distributors and partners on joint marketing initiatives.
• Plan, organize, and execute seminars, training sessions, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Represent the company at partner meetings, trade shows, and networking events.
• Support sales teams through coordinated marketing, PR activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor monitoring to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Manage partner engagement activities and maintain long‑term relationships with distributors.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, management) for effective campaign execution.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Italian speaker (mandatory).
• Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven experience in channel marketing, partner support, or relationship management.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to confidently convey the company’s value proposition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
