Marketing Assistant

About the role

The Marketing Assistant will support all marketing activities across the company, helping to drive brand awareness and in‑store traffic. This role involves managing promotional efforts, preparing reports and budgets, and coordinating advertising and social media initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to inform strategies.
• Monitor competitor activity and support positioning adjustments.
• Develop, localize, and implement seasonal campaigns, activations, and store events.
• Manage content creation for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Meta and collaborate with influencers.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, mall management and store staff.
• Support campaign planning, brief agencies, manage timelines and track budgets.
• Oversee photoshoots, video production and creative asset development.
• Draft Arabic copy for social media, SMS and in‑store materials for the GCC market.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare internal reports.
• Utilize tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Canva and analytics dashboards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in communication, marketing or public relations.
• Strong interest in fashion retail and knowledge of digital marketing.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) preferred.
• MOFA‑attested Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, International Relations or related field.
• Behavioral competencies: agility, cultural sensitivity, creativity, collaboration, attention to detail, resilience and customer focus.
