About the role

The Marketing Automation Senior Associate will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will work closely with marketing, development and external vendors to ensure campaigns launch on time and meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Design, create and maintain the brand’s social media presence.
Measure and report on campaign performance, assessing ROI and KPIs.
Optimise spend and performance based on trend insights and conversion testing.
Develop landing pages and improve user experience in collaboration with internal teams.
Instrument conversion points, analyse funnels and evaluate end‑to‑end customer experience.
Research emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption.

Required profile

Strong understanding of marketing tools, strategies and integrated digital campaigns.
Proven ability to lead a campaign from conception through full execution while coordinating cross‑functional teams.
