Marketing / Branding Executive

About the role

The Marketing / Branding Executive will support Red Castle in creating and delivering compelling marketing communications across multiple channels. This role combines creative production, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen the brand’s presence in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify advertising opportunities and place adverts in print media.
• Manage production of marketing collateral such as leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e‑newsletters and DVDs.
• Write, proofread and edit marketing copy.
• Coordinate with designers, printers and photographers to ensure high‑quality output.
• Organise photo‑shoots and oversee visual asset creation.
• Network with internal and external stakeholders to promote brand initiatives.
• Distribute marketing materials efficiently.
• Plan, organise and attend events including conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
• Contribute to the development of marketing plans and strategies.
• Collaborate with event organisers to ensure smooth participation and develop targeted newsletters.
• Update social media channels and maintain the company website.

Required profile

• Bilingual female preferred, fluent in English and Arabic.
• Self‑motivated, independent and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Photoshop and related design software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
