Marketing Business Partner

About the role

Marsh UAE is looking for a Marketing Business Partner – Specialist to join its Dubai marketing team. Reporting to the Middle East Marketing & Communications Leader, you will coordinate day‑to‑day activities, manage stakeholders and bring regional strategy to life across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Translate regional priorities into market‑level plans, timelines and deliverables, supporting annual and quarterly planning.
• Drive end‑to‑end integrated campaign management across digital, content, events and internal communications.
• Own the thought‑leadership pipeline, developing and amplifying insight‑led content with business leaders.
• Lead planning and delivery of the strategic event calendar, ensuring commercial relevance and high‑quality execution.
• Maintain discipline around campaign tracking, reporting and measurement, using CRM and marketing tools consistently.
• Ensure all marketing outputs adhere to Marsh brand standards and governance.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience in marketing, communications or business development, preferably in professional services or financial services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency desirable.
