Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

The Marketing & Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive occupancy, enhance brand awareness, and maximise revenue for Park Hyatt Dubai. This role ensures all communications align with Hyatt’s corporate standards and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement advertising, PR, promotional, digital, and branding campaigns to support revenue goals.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using ROI metrics, media tracking and KPIs, and optimise for better results.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, influencers, tourism bodies and industry partners.
• Lead public‑relations initiatives, securing media coverage for promotions, events and brand campaigns.
• Assess advertising opportunities, manage media buys and ensure alignment with brand standards and budgets.
• Develop strategic partnerships with banks, airlines, credit‑card companies and luxury retailers.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights.
• Oversee Food & Beverage marketing, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence.
• Maintain marketing resources such as press kits, media databases and multilingual collateral.
• Manage marketing budgets, track expenditures and ensure fiscal compliance.
• Represent the hotel at industry and community events, fostering stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive business results.
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring ROI and interpreting performance data.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with media, partners and internal stakeholders.
