Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Marketing & Communications Manager to lead internal and external marketing initiatives for our hospitality property. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences through creative communication strategies and brand promotion.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the brand name through advertising and public‑relations campaigns while reinforcing corporate identity.
• Support and execute media and community‑relations programmes that align with regional marketing objectives.
• Develop and launch promotional and brand‑building activities in partnership with the marketing department.
• Coordinate local, regional and international public‑relations campaigns to achieve marketing goals.
• Create new business partnerships and manage relationships with advertising agencies and media outlets.
• Oversee press releases and maintain a steady flow of articles for media partners.
• Assist in producing collateral from concept to final product in line with corporate guidelines.

Required profile

• Graduation in advertising, marketing, mass communication or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar marketing or communications role.
• Strong knowledge of local and international media landscapes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven experience in social‑media and digital‑marketing activities.
