Marketing Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Communications & Marketing Manager to join a leading organization in Abu Dhabi. The role will drive integrated communications and marketing strategies that support the organization’s objectives and enhance its brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communications and marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead corporate communications, brand positioning, and both external and internal communication initiatives.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, content, events and other relevant channels.
• Oversee the organization’s brand identity, messaging, tone of voice and corporate communication materials.
• Create and supervise high‑quality content for websites, social media, newsletters, presentations, reports and corporate publications.
• Manage relationships with media, PR agencies, creative agencies, suppliers and other external partners.
• Design media and PR strategies, coordinate press releases, media coverage, interviews and corporate announcements.
• Lead social media strategy, content calendars, digital campaigns and audience engagement.
• Monitor performance using relevant KPIs, analytics and reporting, and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Support senior leadership with executive communications, speeches, presentations and key messages.
• Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, campaigns and stakeholder engagement activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in communications, marketing, corporate communications, PR or a similar leadership role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English – both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of the UAE media, communications and marketing landscape.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.
• Creative, strategic, highly organized and commercially aware.
