Marketing & Community Lead

About the role

Chairon House is launching a new social wellness and performance club in Dubai and is looking for a Marketing & Community Lead to build the brand from the ground up. You will own the brand narrative, drive social media growth, forge influencer partnerships and create a vibrant community of members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms, creating a distinctive voice and visual identity.
• Plan, produce and publish content, managing the editorial calendar and collaborating with photographers, videographers and designers.
• Monitor trends in wellness, fitness, hospitality and Gen‑Z culture, quickly adapting content to stay relevant.
• Design and run the influencer and creator program, identifying creators, negotiating agreements and delivering partnership activations that meet commercial goals.
• Build and nurture the Chairon House community before and after launch, designing event calendars, member experiences and brand activations.
• Measure performance of content, influencer activity and community initiatives against reach, engagement, acquisition and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Hands‑on marketer comfortable wearing many hats – from launch strategy to event hosting.
• Culturally fluent and commercially minded with a deep understanding of Dubai’s wellness and lifestyle scene.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for creating authentic, native‑style content.
