Marketing Coordinator (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator with at least five years of experience to lead both traditional and digital marketing initiatives for our logistics business in Dubai. The role involves close collaboration with designers, content specialists, clients, and external partners to grow audience engagement and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with designers and content specialists to build social media pages, websites, and develop content.
• Lead the creation of marketing plans, working with clients, management, creative and distribution teams.
• Execute marketing campaigns, including sales promotions and brand‑building activities.
• Manage the conception, development, and implementation of product concepts and promotional programs.
• Drive digital and traditional sales campaigns.
• Write basic copy and coordinate with suppliers and advertising agencies for giveaways, signboards, billboards, etc.
• Establish and grow the internal marketing department.
• Track key performance metrics, conduct market research, forecasts, and competitive analysis.
• Represent the company at conventions, conferences, and trade shows worldwide, providing post‑event reports.
• Hold regular team meetings to align marketing goals with management standards.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to the Saudi market.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making abilities.
• Proven track record in planning and managing marketing budgets.
• Experience in both digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
