Marketing Designer (m/f/d)

About the role

The Marketing Designer will transform complex products, technologies and business solutions into clear, engaging and visually compelling marketing experiences across digital, print, social media, events and multimedia channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity, creating high‑quality designs and reusable templates for presentations, brochures, social media assets, videos and event materials.
• Translate technical and business information into customer‑oriented narratives, diagrams, infographics and visual stories tailored for executive, business, technical, partner and public audiences.
• Plan, create, edit and deliver multimedia content such as videos, motion graphics, animations and photography for campaigns, product launches and corporate communications.
• Produce marketing collateral that communicates product value, differentiators and use cases, supporting presentations, exhibitions, conferences and sales activities.
• Manage multiple projects, coordinate review and approval processes, and ensure all content complies with brand standards, copyright, data protection and security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing design, visual communications or multimedia production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, branding and the ability to simplify complex information.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills in English and strong attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with technical subject‑matter experts and managing multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Video production, editing, motion graphics and photography.
• Typography, layout design, color theory, visual hierarchy and brand management.
