Marketing Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing, branding, communications and stakeholder engagement strategy in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on strengthening brand visibility, supporting business growth and positioning the organisation as a leader in AI‑powered advanced and additive manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing and communications strategy.
• Lead brand positioning across AI, autonomous systems, additive manufacturing and advanced technologies.
• Manage digital, traditional, content, PR and experiential marketing campaigns.
• Promote solutions across industrial, healthcare, aerospace, construction and consumer sectors.
• Lead corporate communications, media relations, thought leadership and executive messaging.
• Oversee participation in exhibitions, industry forums and strategic events.
• Build relationships with government entities, clients, industry partners, media and other stakeholders.
• Use market insights and performance data to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Manage the marketing budget and report on brand growth, campaign results and business impact.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing activities with business priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communications or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in brand management, corporate communications, PR, digital marketing and integrated campaigns.
• Experience in technology, advanced manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, aerospace or innovation‑led sectors is preferred.
• Proven ability to work with government entities and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
