Marketing Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead the company’s marketing, branding, communications and stakeholder‑engagement strategy. The role will strengthen brand visibility, support business growth and position the organisation as a leader in AI‑powered advanced and additive manufacturing across local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing and communications strategy.
• Lead brand positioning across AI, autonomous systems, additive manufacturing and advanced technologies.
• Manage digital, traditional, content, PR and experiential marketing campaigns.
• Promote solutions across industrial, healthcare, aerospace, construction and consumer sectors.
• Lead corporate communications, media relations, thought‑leadership and executive messaging.
• Oversee participation in exhibitions, industry forums and strategic events.
• Build relationships with government entities, clients, industry partners, media and other stakeholders.
• Use market insights and performance data to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Manage the marketing budget and report on brand growth, campaign results and business impact.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing activities with business priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communications or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in brand management, corporate communications, PR, digital marketing and integrated campaigns.
• Experience in technology‑focused sectors such as advanced manufacturing, additive manufacturing, industrial, healthcare or aerospace.
• Good knowledge of CRM, content strategy, performance analytics and AI‑enabled marketing tools.
• Experience working with government entities and senior stakeholders is an advantage.
• UAE nationals are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
