Marketing Director

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing digital asset infrastructure company in the UAE, is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Marketing Director to build and lead a best‑in‑class marketing function across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy, define product positioning and go‑to‑market plans.
• Build and scale the internal marketing team, manage budgets and maximize ROI.
• Own demand‑generation pipelines, deliver integrated digital, content, PR, event and partnership campaigns.
• Strengthen brand positioning, lead content creation and manage PR, media relations and executive communications.
• Translate technical products into clear value propositions, support product launches and create sales enablement materials.
• Lead participation in major industry events, develop strategic partnerships and manage sponsorships.
• Establish KPIs, report on marketing performance and use data/AI tools to improve effectiveness.

Required profile

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven record of driving revenue and pipeline growth in technology, fintech, SaaS, payments or digital assets.
• Experience working directly with founders and executive leadership.
• Strong communication, storytelling and analytical skills.
