About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy, strengthen brand positioning, and drive customer acquisition to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead brand positioning, market expansion, demand generation, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Oversee marketing campaigns across relevant channels, ensuring measurable impact and ROI.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
• Identify market trends, customer segments, and growth opportunities to strengthen competitive position.
• Manage marketing budgets, resources, and team performance against KPIs.

Required profile

• At least 12 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 6 years in managerial or leadership roles.
• Extensive experience in marketing strategy, brand management, demand generation, and customer acquisition.
• Proven sales experience and strong understanding of sales processes and revenue generation.
• Experience in the education sector is highly preferred; candidates from service‑based industries are also considered.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
