Marketing Executive – Campaign Management

Motivate Media Group is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Marketing Executive to support its Marketing Managers in planning and executing strategic campaigns. The role offers exposure to print, digital, event marketing, partnerships and in‑house brand initiatives across a dynamic media portfolio. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about media and brand communication.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of multi‑channel marketing strategies, managing print and digital bookings across Motivate titles.
• Create media plans for in‑house and barter campaigns and maintain action planners for all initiatives.
• Assist in drafting barter agreements and sponsorship proposals, and keep weekly reports on barter contracts.
• Maintain and update company websites, coordinate the monthly corporate newsletter and recommend improvements.
• Request and consolidate analytical reports for digital and email campaigns, process marketing invoices via SAP and generate post‑campaign reports.
• Coordinate external advertising bookings (radio, cinema, TV, print, digital) and support ideation for internal campaigns.
• Support media partnership agreements, manage event logistics, merchandise sourcing and guest registration tools.
