Marketing Executive - Design & Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing activities for our design and hospitality exhibitions, conferences and special events in Dubai. The role will work closely with Marketing Managers and Exhibition Directors to drive visitor engagement and exhibitor participation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated multi‑channel campaigns including email, social media, paid advertising and content partnerships.
• Develop and manage media partnerships, barter agreements and promotional opportunities.
• Coordinate creation and delivery of marketing collateral such as brochures, tickets, ads, web banners and emails.
• Maintain and update event websites and digital platforms with accurate information.
• Support public relations activities and liaise with PR agencies.
• Create, edit and proofread marketing content in English and Arabic.
• Assist with database growth, KPI reporting and post‑event analysis.
• Provide onsite marketing support during events and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably within events or exhibitions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, copywriting and proofreading abilities.
• Excellent organisational, research and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
