Marketing Executive – Full‑Time in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to lead creative campaigns and promotional events that align with market trends and customer needs. The role focuses on building strong brand awareness, driving customer interest, and supporting the company’s continuous growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
• Organise and oversee advertising and communication campaigns across social media, TV, exhibitions and promotional events.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition.
• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and satisfaction.
• Write copy for brochures, press releases, website material and other marketing distributions.
• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance using various metrics and submit detailed reports.
• Collaborate with managers to prepare budgets and monitor expenses.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a marketing executive or in a similar role.
• BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or a relevant discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software such as CRM systems.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and web analytics tools (e.g., WebTrends).
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistical methods.
