Marketing Executive – Hospitality

About the role

The Marketing & F&B Content Creator Executive is responsible for producing engaging digital content that showcases the organisation's food and beverage offerings, events, venues and overall brand experience. This role blends creativity, photography, videography and social media management to boost brand awareness, drive customer engagement and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality photo, video and written content for digital marketing campaigns, including reels, stories, posts and promotional videos.
• Manage and maintain social media channels, develop content calendars aligned with campaigns and monitor trends to introduce innovative ideas.
• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and special events in collaboration with F&B Operations, Events and Marketing teams.
• Assist with influencer partnerships and content collaborations while ensuring all material follows brand guidelines.
• Monitor content performance, prepare reports on reach, engagement and campaign effectiveness, and use insights to optimise future strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Hospitality or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing or hospitality marketing.
• Previous experience within hospitality, restaurants, hotels, golf clubs or entertainment venues is preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation skills.

• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Social media platform management and content planning.
