About the role

Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Executive to manage the production and publishing side of marketing for its five brands. The role ensures that every photo‑ and video‑shoot, social media post, and vendor delivery happens on schedule, acting as the single point of accountability for timely execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the shoot calendar across all brands, schedule shoots at least 7 days in advance and issue briefs to the content and camera teams.
• Run readiness gates: verify scripts 4 days out, issue GO/NO‑GO decisions 3 days out, and lock properties for staging.
• Coordinate vendors (print, signage, uniforms, vehicle branding, freelance designers) to meet agreed dates, escalating immediately on any slip.
• Prepare kits – wardrobe, props, equipment – for each shoot and log delivered versus planned items.
• Publish pre‑approved content daily on all social media accounts according to the editorial calendar.
• Maintain weekly trackers and reporting for the marketing department.
