Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will lead the execution and monitoring of ATL/BTL marketing and advertising campaigns for Air Arabia, ensuring all creative outputs meet the airline’s branding and quality standards. This role acts as the bridge between internal marketing teams and external suppliers to deliver high‑impact promotional materials.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between the marketing team and external suppliers (printing presses, digital printers, giveaway producers, banner manufacturers, etc.).
• Identify, negotiate and manage suppliers, establishing competitive rates and service level agreements.
• Support the rollout of marketing plans and campaigns across Air Arabia’s network, coordinating with commercial managers, e‑commerce, hubs and partner organisations.
• Prioritise and delegate workflow to the creative and studio teams, ensuring timely production that adheres to brand guidelines.
• Audit and verify artwork against briefs, budgets and corporate image standards.
• Prepare ATL/BTL marketing budgets, initiate local purchase orders, approve invoices and generate monthly expenditure reports.
• Provide technical support to ensure marketing materials meet branding specifications.
• Coordinate branding, display and promotional items with sales shops and agencies.
• Supervise events, conferences, seminars and workshops, overseeing production, display and branding requirements.
• Manage inventory and database of advertising and marketing materials.

Required profile

• Experience managing ATL/BTL marketing campaigns and supplier relationships.
• Strong understanding of branding, corporate image standards and quality control.
• Ability to prepare and monitor marketing budgets and procurement processes.
