Marketing Executive

About the role

Mama Shelter Dubai, part of the Ennismore group (a joint venture between Ennismore and Accor), is looking for a Marketing Executive. You will be the creative mind behind the brand, driving campaigns, content and experiences that make Mama Dubai the talk of the town.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute marketing campaigns that boost visibility, engagement and reputation
• Manage social media presence, coordinate content and keep channels fresh and relevant
• Coordinate promotions, partnerships, events and activations across Mama Shelter Dubai and its F&B outlets
• Create visuals, posters, digital assets and other marketing materials
• Prepare presentations, reports and marketing proposals
• Explore influencer collaborations, media opportunities and local partnerships
• Manage marketing calendars, briefs, deadlines and deliverables
• Track campaign performance and social media insights to improve future campaigns
• Keep an eye on hospitality trends, competitors and the Dubai lifestyle and F&B scene
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and the hotel's departments

Required profile

• 4+ years of content creation in F&B, lifestyle or hospitality
• Video editing and photography skills, from lighting to editing
• Fluent Adobe suite: Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop; After Effects is a plus
• Social media expertise, including reels and algorithms
• Proactive, deadline-driven, with a strong portfolio
• Reliable, people-oriented and team-focused
