Marketing Executive – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a Marketing Executive to join its Marketing & Communications team. The role focuses on elevating the hotel’s brand visibility and driving commercial performance, with a particular emphasis on Food & Beverage and lifestyle experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the hotel’s digital and social media channels, creating and scheduling content, publishing posts and engaging with audiences.
• Monitor campaign and platform performance, analyse key metrics and produce reports with actionable insights.
• Develop and coordinate marketing content, e‑mail direct marketing (eDM) campaigns and promotional materials.
• Support advertising initiatives and market research activities.
• Ensure consistent brand representation across guest‑facing and internal communication channels.

Required profile

• Strong interest in luxury hospitality and a growth‑mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team that values integrity and respect.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in managing social media platforms and digital content tools.
• Experience with performance analytics and reporting.
• Knowledge of eDM platforms and promotional material creation.
