Marketing Executive - Shoots, Social & Vendors

About the role

Deluxe Holiday Homes manages 800+ short-term rental properties in Dubai and runs five brands under one marketing department. It is looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive who owns the physical and scheduled side of marketing: shoots, social accounts, vendors and the physical launch of HIVE Business Center. The role has no direct reports and focuses on execution and reporting, not strategy, creative direction, copywriting, design or paid ads.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot production: schedule every shoot 7 days ahead, run the readiness gate (scripts 4 days out, GO/NO-GO 3 days out by 6 pm), lock properties with operations, prepare wardrobe, props and equipment, and log deliverables
• Social publishing: publish prepared content daily through the Marketing OS, keep all six accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube) up to date, moderate comments and DMs, and handle Google Business Profile and Bing Places
• Vendors and print: manage suppliers, quotes, approvals and payments, keep welcome books and in-unit collateral stocked, deliver uniforms and vehicle branding, and run the HIVE Business Center launch
• Reporting: keep tasks and budgets in ClickUp, file assets within 48 hours, send a Monday report to the GM and record decisions in a decision log

Required profile

• 3-6 years in production coordination, marketing operations, traffic management or event production, with UAE experience
• Background in a 50-500 person company where you ran schedules and vendors yourself
• Proven vendor management and daily discipline in a task system (ClickUp, Asana or similar)
• Fast, clear written English and native fluency in the mechanics of the main social platforms
• Valid UAE driving licence and readiness to travel across Dubai daily
• Preferred: Arabic, hospitality/short-term rental or real estate marketing experience, on-set experience, and basic Adobe/Canva literacy
