Marketing Intern

About the role

ASSA ABLOY, a global leader in access solutions, is looking for a Marketing Intern. The intern supports the marketing team in planning and running 360-degree campaigns across digital, offline and partnership channels, and helps with product launches, brand campaigns and marketing activations.

Key responsibilities

• Support product launches, brand campaigns and marketing activations, and coordinate with internal teams, agencies and external partners.
• Create and manage content for social media, websites, newsletters and marketing collateral, and regularly update product collateral, websites, e-catalogues, pre-qualification documents, presentations and internal newsletters.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Plan and implement digital marketing strategy, social media strategy, email marketing and content development, and manage the Yale & ASSA ABLOY websites.
• Assist with events, exhibitions, customer visits and other marketing activities.
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing team.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Fluent spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Good communication skills, organization and planning, self-motivation, reliability, attention to detail and comfort handling multiple tasks at once.
• Digital marketing experience preferred.

Required skills

• Excellent command of MS Office.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator is an added advantage.
