Marketing Lead – GCC Region

About the role

As the Marketing Lead for the GCC, you will own regional demand generation and growth for Nothing’s product ecosystem. You will translate global product narratives into culturally resonant Arabic campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and conversion across the Gulf Cooperation Council.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end demand‑generation campaigns across paid, owned, earned and partner channels.
• Adapt global product communications into Arabic and culturally nuanced narratives for GCC audiences.
• Identify regional trends, creators and digital sub‑cultures to ensure authentic, high‑impact campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales, brand, PR, social and creative teams to deliver cohesive storytelling.
• Build, mentor and inspire a high‑performing GCC marketing team and agency network.
• Define and track regional KPIs, leveraging data and cultural insights to optimise campaigns in real time.

Required profile

• 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a regional role within the GCC.
• Proven success in digital‑first B2C marketing, preferably in consumer tech, mobile or fast‑growth brands.
• Fluency in Arabic (written & spoken) and English.
• Deep understanding of GCC consumer behaviour, culture and digital ecosystems.
• Track record of delivering high‑impact, ROI‑driven campaigns in fast‑paced environments.
