Marketing Lead – Middle East & Africa

About the role

Versuni is looking for a Marketing Lead to elevate its presence across the Middle East & Africa. This business‑critical leadership role will shape regional marketing strategy, drive portfolio growth and own P&L performance while working for an industry leader that sets trends.

Key responsibilities

• Lead an 18‑month rolling forecast aligned with category ambitions and market dynamics.
• Drive portfolio strategy, ensuring optimal product positioning, competitive pricing and profitable growth.
• Localise global strategies using deep consumer insights and data analytics.
• Own and manage marketing budgets to achieve strategic business and marketing goals.
• Develop and execute 360° integrated marketing programmes in collaboration with media, e‑commerce and shopper‑marketing teams.
• Represent the business with distributors and retailers, building and executing sales plans together with the sales team.
• Lead and nurture a high‑performing team of Marketing Managers and coordinate with external agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s (preferably master’s) degree in business or marketing.
• 12+ years of marketing and commercial experience, preferably in global FMCG, consumer goods or consumer electronics.
• Proven experience in multi‑country marketing management and full P&L ownership.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven commercial acumen and ability to design category and pricing strategies.
• Team‑management experience with ability to develop high‑performing teams.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
