Marketing Manager (B2C)

About the role

The client is looking for a creative, commercially‑driven Marketing Manager to lead B2C campaigns across digital and social platforms in Dubai. You will act as the bridge between internal stakeholders and external agencies, turning business initiatives into engaging customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s social media and digital marketing strategy.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars for all social channels.
• Create and launch integrated marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness and footfall.
• Lead seasonal promotions, events and in‑venue activations.
• Brief, coordinate and manage external agencies, designers, photographers and videographers.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse insights and recommend improvements.
• Ensure all communications align with brand identity and tone of voice.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience in a B2C marketing role.
• Strong background in social media marketing and content planning.
• Proven ability to manage external agencies and creative partners.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Solid project‑management and organisational abilities.
• Creative mindset combined with commercial awareness.
