Marketing Manager - Car Rental

About the role

Eurostar Rent A Car, a member of Ali & Sons Holding LLC, is hiring a Marketing Manager in Abu Dhabi / Dubai to lead its marketing function and drive customer acquisition, brand visibility and business growth across rental, leasing and mobility solutions. The role suits someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on digital expertise and a focus on measurable commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and other relevant channels.
• Drive qualified enquiries, direct bookings and customer acquisition across rental and leasing products.
• Lead SEO, website optimisation, content strategy and social media initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and organic growth.
• Improve online booking journeys, landing pages and conversion rates through data-driven optimisation.
• Develop CRM-led customer engagement strategies and improve marketing attribution and lead quality.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels, including outdoor advertising, events, partnerships and activations.
• Manage marketing budgets, agencies and external partners while monitoring performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and IT teams to align marketing with business objectives and revenue growth.

Required profile

• 7+ years of integrated and digital marketing experience.
• Experience in automotive, mobility, car rental, leasing or a closely related sector is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead marketing resources, manage external agencies and deliver measurable commercial results.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
