Marketing Manager – Gaming (Global & MENA)

About the role

We are looking for a driven Marketing Manager to lead go‑to‑market initiatives for our flagship global gaming titles, focusing on the MENA region. You will develop data‑informed strategies that align with regional market dynamics, cultural calendars and product release milestones to grow brand equity and user engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional marketing and campaign execution, coordinating timelines, assets and resources for version updates, local festivals and brand initiatives.
• Identify, onboard and manage relationships with KOLs, creators and agencies across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Twitch, and ensure high‑quality, brand‑aligned content.
• Negotiate contracts and optimise spend with influencer marketing platforms, tracking KPIs like CPM, CPV and conversion rates.
• Support regional events including esports tournaments, launch parties and conventions, and drive cross‑industry partnership opportunities.
• Monitor social media ecosystems, emerging platform trends and competitor activity, translating insights into actionable, compliance‑aware creative recommendations.
• Develop scalable content production models, repurpose English assets for local audiences and amplify high‑performing user‑generated content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 5 years of experience in gaming marketing, global publishing or related fields; experience in MENA markets is a strong plus.
• Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Passion for gaming with hands‑on experience on 3–6 major mobile, PC or console titles, preferably open‑world action games.
• Strong collaboration, communication and project‑management abilities, with a data‑driven decision‑making mindset.
