Marketing Manager – GCC Premium Beauty (UAE National Only)

About the role

Amazon Premium Beauty is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead perception‑building initiatives for GCC beauty businesses across on‑ and off‑platform channels. The role focuses on content‑driven strategies, social media, brand collaborations and PR to grow the premium beauty shopping experience in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and analyse social media strategies, including brand and influencer collaborations and editorial content.
• Pitch, secure and manage brand partnerships and influencer‑driven campaigns, overseeing calendars and performance tracking.
• Lead public relations and media outreach, driving organic and paid coverage through press releases and media activations.
• Identify and experiment with emerging platforms such as Pinterest and Snapchat to expand audience reach.
• Create monthly performance scorecards to monitor key metrics across the beauty customer lifecycle.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional, non‑internship marketing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative software, including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and InDesign.
