Marketing Manager – Hospitality

About the role

The Marketing Manager – Hospitality will lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies for our hospitality portfolio in Dubai. This senior role requires close collaboration with agencies, internal teams, and external partners to drive brand awareness and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and liaise with appointed agencies, providing full briefs for requested ideas.
• Develop and manage comprehensive marketing plans, strategies, and a yearly events calendar.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives for new projects, menu changes, special menus, remodels, rebranding, and seasonal campaigns.
• Build professional relationships with potential customers, suppliers, and partner organisations.
• Oversee pre‑opening marketing activities, including branding and outlet positioning.
• Manage annual marketing budgets for individual properties and brand promotions to drive sales.
• Source advertising opportunities and place adverts across press, radio, and specialist publications at local, regional, and national levels.
• Conduct regular research and analysis of digital marketing platforms to assess effectiveness.
• Organise and manage marketing activities such as digital campaigns and photo shoots.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in Marketing from an accredited university.
• 8‑10 years of marketing experience, including 5 years in a senior supervisory role, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Self‑motivated team player with excellent collaborative and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven leadership, organisational, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with solid project‑management capabilities.
• Good computer knowledge.
