About the role

The Marketing Manager will design and execute data‑driven marketing strategies to attract new business and deepen existing relationships. Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will oversee multi‑channel campaigns that blend traditional and digital techniques, guided by market research and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement data‑driven marketing strategies while optimizing budgets.
• Set KPIs, monitor team performance, and manage training and development.
• Create compelling brand assets and improve website user experience.
• Plan and launch digital campaigns, media partnerships, and marketing automation.
• Leverage analytics to boost conversion rates and stakeholder engagement.
• Build strong internal and external relationships to support business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of commercial marketing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for marketing and curiosity about emerging trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, flexible environment where priorities can shift quickly.
• Strategic thinker who works well autonomously and as part of a team.
