We are a dynamic lifestyle business seeking a Marketing Manager to shape and execute our marketing strategy. You will drive brand visibility across multiple channels, create engaging campaigns, and build meaningful connections with our customers in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans that support business objectives and commercial growth.
• Execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, partnerships, PR, and offline channels.
• Manage brand messaging to ensure consistency across all customer touch points.
• Plan and deliver seasonal campaigns, activations, launches, and promotional initiatives.
• Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and influencer collaborations to boost engagement and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external agencies to deliver projects on time.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and use insights to optimise future activities.
• Manage the marketing budget and evaluate return on investment for campaigns.
• Stay up to date with market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in lifestyle, hospitality, retail, fashion or consumer‑focused brands.
• Proven track record delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content strategy and influencer partnerships.
• Excellent project‑management, organisational and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to analyse performance data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
